The TSA Lisa Farbstein says leave plenty of time before your flight.

The TSA expects to screen over three million passengers on several days this summer, potentially setting new records for the number of travelers in a single day. To manage the influx, officials urge passengers to allow ample time for airport procedures, including parking and security screening.

Farbstein advises travelers to be mindful of common security issues, such as carrying sunblock containers that exceed the allowable liquid limits for carry-ons. Ensuring compliance with these rules can help streamline the screening process and reduce delays.

Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead and arrive at the airport early to navigate the anticipated crowds and avoid missing their flights.
