Krispy Kreme is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special collection of festive doughnuts and a unique giveaway for lucky customers. The North Carolina-based doughnut chain introduces four limited-time flavors, including the “Pot of Gold” doughnut, which features Krispy Kreme’s signature original glazed doughnut dipped in caramel buttercream and sprinkled with edible gold glitter.
In addition to the “Pot of Gold” doughnut, the collection includes three other St. Patrick’s Day-themed treats. The “Shamrock Cookies & Kreme” doughnut is filled with cookies and Kreme filling, dipped in green icing, and topped with a festive shamrock decoration. The “Golden Cookies & Kreme” doughnut features cookies and Kreme filling with a golden cookie topping. The “Rainbow Kreme” doughnut is decorated with colorful icing that resembles a rainbow and a fluffy cloud design.
To make the holiday even more special, Krispy Kreme is running a “Pot of Gold” giveaway. On March 17th, the company will randomly award a “Pot of Gold” pass to select customers, granting them free Krispy Kreme doughnuts for an entire year. Customers who visit participating locations in the U.S. and wear green on St. Patrick’s Day will also receive a free green O’riginal Glazed Doughnut, no purchase necessary.
The St. Patrick’s Day doughnuts will be available for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme locations nationwide through March 17th. The promotion aims to bring a festive spirit to customers looking to celebrate the holiday with sweet treats.
